Marilyn Manson surrendered to the police
Shock rocker Marilyn Manson, whose arrest warrant was issued by the New Hampshire state police for spitting at a videographer at a concert in 2019, has surrendered to law enforcement agencies. This was reported by TMZ on Thursday, July 8.
The police issued an offense, and then released the performer.
It is noted that law enforcement officers accused Manson of evading the law because of his failure to appear at the police station. The musician's defense claimed that he had been in contact with the police since the arrest warrant was issued.
The fact that the shock rocker was going to surrender to the police was reported at the end of June. An arrest warrant was issued by the state police in May, and the incident itself occurred during a Manson concert in Guildford in 2019. The artist spat at the videographer hired to shoot the performance.
In February 2021, the star of the TV series “The World of the Wild West” Evan Rachel Wood spoke about the violence and humiliation on the part of Manson. In the same month, singer Phoebe Bridgers spoke about the “rape room” in the musician's house. Later, the artist was accused of rape by the star of the TV series “Game of Thrones” Esme Bianco. More than a dozen women have already told about physical and psychological violence on the part of Manson.
