The husband of Elizabeth II's granddaughter told how he slapped Prince Harry

The husband of the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II Zara Tindall — Mike Tindall — told how he once slapped the young Prince Harry. This is reported by The Daily Mail.

According to the ex-captain of the England national rugby team, the incident occurred in 2003, when he and his teammates gathered in a Sydney bar to celebrate the victory in the World Cup. When 19-year-old Prince Harry joined them, Tyndall decided to fight with him to see the reaction of his personal guards. A few seconds after the blow, the prince's bodyguards knocked the rugby player to the ground.

Mike Tindall is married to the granddaughter of Elizabeth II, daughter of Princess Anne, Zara Phillips. He met his future wife in 2003 during the Rugby World Cup when he got into a fight with Prince Harry, her cousin. In March of this year, Mike and Zara Tindall had their third child — the tenth great-grandson of the British Queen — Lucas Philippe.
